Our Team

Born in the maritime city of Genoa, I have cultivated a deep bond with the sea since I was a child, which manifests itself through my passion for swimming, scuba diving and cruises. My free spirit and strong creativity have guided me towards artistic expression through drawing and graphics, as well as towards the discovery of distant worlds through reading.

My love for novels, capable of transporting me to exotic places and making me experience extraordinary adventures, has fueled my interest in foreign languages ​​and has pushed me to undertake a journey since my youth, transforming me into an expert and passionate traveler.

At the same time, my passion for the history of art, with a specific focus on museum organization and the relationship between cultural institutions and the public, has led me to explore the world of tourism. After a significant experience at the Science Museums of the Capital, I have gained skills in the luxury real estate sector, where I have found the perfect synergy between tourism and prestigious properties.

From this happy combination my agency for the vacation rental management was born, an entrepreneurial project that has given me great satisfaction in the last three years. With enthusiasm and dedication, I carefully select and propose charming homes to guests from every corner of the globe, offering them an unforgettable travel experience.

My name is Fabio and I am a Guest Assistant at Co-Host Now! for the beautiful city of Rome. My professional experience has led me to work closely with the public, but in sectors very different from tourism. For years I found myself interacting with customers of large energy suppliers. A demanding job, which required a lot of patience and problem solving skills.

But now, working for Co-Host Now! is a whole different story! The atmosphere is definitely more positive and stimulating. The guests we welcome in our properties are generally cheerful and sociable people, eager to discover the wonders of Rome. Each new arrival is a pleasant experience, an opportunity to learn about different stories and cultures.

My main mission is to make our guests feel at home, offering them a welcoming, clean and comfortable space. I work hard every day to take care of every detail, from preparing the accommodations to providing useful information for their stay. I want our guests to have an unforgettable experience in Rome, taking home the memory of warm hospitality and a pleasant stay.

I am convinced that tourism is a fundamental sector for the economic and cultural growth of a city like Rome. For this reason, I dedicate myself with passion to my work, aware of contributing to promoting the image of the city in the world and enhancing its artistic and historical beauties.

I'm Valeria and I'm an architect from Milan with a passion for sustainable design.

My professional path spans from design to planning, renovations to green construction.

This experience has given me a holistic understanding of the built environment, allowing me to create aesthetically pleasing and environmentally responsible spaces.

I currently focus on interior design, creating custom environments and sharing my ideas online.

Outside of work, my passions are music, animals and nature. These passions provide me with balance and inspire my creative process, reminding me of the beauty of the world and influencing my design choices.

This has led me and my manager, Giorgia, to start to menage a few unique homes in Milan, in Navigli area offering hospitality to those who want an authentic experience of our vibrant city.
